  • Orders containing volumes up to 1 gallon per item:
    Processing time is typically 2–8 business days.
  • Orders containing 5-gallon units:
    Processing time ranges from 7–15 business days, depending on formula availability and packaging requirements.
  • Orders containing 25 gallons or more:
    Processing may take 10–35 business days. These orders are made to order and subject to batching and material availability.

Bulk & Freight Shipping

  • Freight Shipping:
    Orders with bulk containers, palletized shipments, or large-volume items exceeding standard parcel dimensions will be shipped via freight carrier. Freight costs are calculated based on weight, size, delivery location, and lift gate or dock access requirements.
  • Freight Quotes & Coordination:
    A member of our logistics team will contact you prior to fulfillment if your order qualifies for freight shipping. You’ll receive a custom quote and scheduling details. If you have a preferred freight provider or fulfillment center, we’re happy to coordinate.

Delivery Estimates

  • Standard Ground Shipping (via USPS or UPS):
    Delivery typically takes 3–6 business days once shipped, depending on your location.
  • Expedited Shipping:
    Available upon request. Please contact us before ordering if you require rush delivery or guaranteed timelines. Additional fees will apply.

Order Tracking & Notifications

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. For freight shipments, our team will provide the bill of lading and carrier details as soon as they are available.
