Due to the nature of custom, bulk, and private label manufacturing, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a confirmed product defect, damage during transit, or fulfillment error.

Damages or Defects
We stand behind the quality of every order. If your shipment arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement, credit, or refund — depending on the circumstances and product type
We do not accept returns for issues reported after the 2-day window.
Exchanges
We do not offer product exchanges. If an error or issue is approved for return or replacement, a separate order may be placed once the issue is resolved
